Prices for the tooling, a quote for the cell around it
Standard grippers and end-of-arm tooling ship at list price, tested and documented. Integrated cells are scoped and quoted, because no two lines run the same part.

An endurance test report with the serial number on it
ISO 10218 documentation, not a summary of it
A named engineer from the first call to handover
Spare parts held for ten years after the last shipment
Honest scoping — we say when you do not need something

Can we lease instead of buying?
Yes, over 36 months, with a buyout at any point. Service is included for the term, and there is no minimum fleet size.
Do you charge for commissioning?
Not on tooling or cells. An engineer stays until the line runs at rate, and that time is in the price rather than on a separate invoice.
How long from order to a running line?
Three to four weeks for a standard gripper, five to eight for tooling, eight to fourteen for a full cell. The date we give is the date the bench has cleared, not the date the order book would like.
What if I need more than the band covers?
Then we scope it. Most lines sit between two bands, and the quote is built from the four variables above rather than pushed up to the next tier.
Is the list price the price I pay?
For standard grippers, yes. Tooling and cells are quoted, and the quote shows every line so you can see what each choice costs before you agree to it.
