Commissions cells on site and stays until the line runs at rate. Carries field failures back to engineering before they repeat. Trains the maintenance crew on their own hardware, so the first fault is handled without a call to us. Keeps the notes from every commissioning, and that is usually where the next revision starts.

Keeps the burn-in benches loaded and the dispatch queue honest. Plans the build against real bench capacity instead of the order book, which is why the promised week is usually the delivered week. Holds the serial-number trail from casting to crate, so any unit in the field can be traced back to the batch it came from.

Builds the force-limiting control and the robot compatibility layer. Writes the driver in-house when a vendor's own one falls short. Keeps a rack of arms from six manufacturers on current firmware, so a compatibility claim is something tested rather than assumed. Every release ships with the notes that say what changed and why.

Owns the safety case and the ISO 10218 files. Every unit leaves with its test report because she refuses to ship without one. Sits in the risk assessment with the integrator before the cell is built, not after it trips. Keeps the declaration of conformity current for every configuration in the field, so an audit finds paperwork that matches the hardware.

Owns the jaw geometry and the rated mechanical life behind it. Redraws a gripper rather than trim the spec sheet to fit it. Runs the endurance programme on the bench and reads the wear data in person before a design is released. Keeps the drawing set and the test report in one folder, so what shipped and what was measured never drift apart.
