Built an in-app AI assistant that reads spending in real time, answers money questions on the spot and nudges customers toward smarter decisions — no menus, no waiting on support.
Most people never open their statements. Questions about money — can I afford this, what's left before rent, why was I charged twice — surface in the moment and go unanswered, buried in a transaction list no one wants to scroll. The friction pushed customers toward support for things they should be able to settle themselves in seconds, and every unanswered question chipped away at trust.
We built an assistant that lives inside every account and reads spending as it happens. Ask it anything in plain language — can I afford this, what's left before rent — and it answers on the spot, no menus and no waiting. The conversational layer turns raw transactions into plain-language insight, so the answer arrives the moment the question does.
Underneath, it runs on a real-time data pipeline, which means every insight reflects the last swipe rather than last month. On top of answering, the assistant works ahead — forecasting upcoming bills and flagging unusual spend before it becomes a problem.
Because it sits so close to customer money, we wrapped every query in 256-bit encryption and had the whole path reviewed end to end by security. Nothing the assistant sees ever leaves a secured pipeline.
Customers now get answers in seconds instead of digging or waiting on support. Engagement with money insights runs around the clock, and the questions that used to become tickets get resolved in the app — without your data ever leaving a secured pipeline.
You expect money to move the instant you tap send — no holds, no waiting, no fine print.
When a bank can't deliver that, it isn't just behind on features — it's behind on your life.
So we built a neo-bank on modern rails — engineered to move at the speed you actually live.
Because when your money moves in the right direction, you get where you're going faster.
