The challenge

Account opening had become the biggest thing standing between a download and a paying customer. Long forms, document uploads and multi-day approvals gave people every reason to abandon halfway — and many did. Every extra step was a place to lose someone who'd already decided they wanted in.

What we built

We rebuilt onboarding from the ground up, cutting every step that didn't need to exist until opening an account took under five minutes. The flow now runs from download to first payment without the long forms and document uploads that used to stall people halfway.

‍

The heavy lifting moved out of the customer's way. Identity checks run in the background and approvals happen the same day, with no paperwork to print, sign, or post.

‍

What's left is a path stripped to only what's genuinely required — enough to open an account and start spending on day one, and nothing more.

The outcome

New customers now open an account and spend the same day, with the drop-off that used to happen mid-form largely gone. Identity checks clear quietly in the background — so the first thing someone feels about their bank is how quickly it got out of the way.

Your legacy bank isn't good enough anymore.

You expect money to move the instant you tap send — no holds, no waiting, no fine print.

When a bank can't deliver that, it isn't just behind on features — it's behind on your life.

So we built a neo-bank on modern rails — engineered to move at the speed you actually live.

Because when your money moves in the right direction, you get where you're going faster.
