For the back of the warehouse
Double wall is for cartons that travel on pallets, sit at the bottom of a stack, or carry more than 20 kg. It’s overkill for a mailer and exactly right for a case of 12 bottles.
What you’ll see on it
Usually one colour: your logo, handling marks and a carton number. We add the stacking arrows and the box maker’s certificate automatically.
Size limits
We make double wall cartons up to 1,200 mm on the longest side. Bigger than that, we’ll suggest a split carton.
