Nordvik's rigid box, from sketch to shelf in 19 days
A skincare launch needed a keepsake gift set in three weeks. Tuckra drew the insert, ran two converters in parallel and made the date.

Two-piece rigid box, embossed lid, pulp insert
Three weeks to launch
Nordvik’s first gift set had three bottles and a date with a department store. Their previous quote for rigid boxes was eight weeks.
How we did it faster
The pulp insert and the rigid box went to two converters at once, both working from the same approved proof. The insert shipped straight to the box maker for final assembly.
The finish
An off-white wrapped lid with a blind-embossed wordmark and a single violet line. Inside, a molded pulp tray holds each bottle 4 mm apart.
After launch
The set sold out in 11 days. The reorder of 1,500 is on press now.
