Elena Fisher

Co-founder & CEO

Elena spent a decade inside retail banking, close enough to see exactly where it failed people — hidden fees, three-day transfers, and paperwork that punished the customers it was meant to serve. The pattern convinced her the problem was never technology but incentives.

‍

In 2021 she co-founded Vaultly to rebuild banking around the customer instead of the margin. She set the founding principle that still runs the company: if a fee can't be explained in one sentence, it doesn't belong in the product.

‍

As CEO she keeps the team pointed at the same goal — fast, fair and transparent money for everyone — and holds the company to showing its work, from real-time balances to public uptime.
