São Paulo and Johannesburg regions
Two new regions bring the total to 14. Median recall from Latin America drops from 118 ms to 36 ms.

Two new regions
gru-1 in São Paulo and jnb-1 in Johannesburg are live for all Pro and Scale workspaces. Shards for users in those regions are created there automatically; existing users move over the next time they write.
Residency
Both regions support residency pinning, so you can keep Brazilian users’ memories in Brazil for LGPD and South African users’ memories in South Africa for POPIA.
