Faster graph expand
Two-hop graph expansion is 2.3x faster at p95 after we moved edge lists next to the vectors.

What we did
Edges used to live in a separate store, which cost a network hop on every expansion. They now sit in the same shard as the vectors they connect.
p95 for a two-hop expand fell from 17 ms to 7.3 ms. You do not need to change anything.
