Erase receipts for GDPR
DELETE /v1/users/:id now returns a signed receipt you can hand to your data protection officer.

Receipts
Every user deletion now produces a receipt signed with your workspace key. It lists what was removed, from which regions, and when the last replica confirmed.
Receipts are stored for seven years and can be downloaded from the console or the API.
Timing
Deletion completes in under 60 seconds across all regions. Backups age out within 30 days, and the receipt says so.
