Treatment menu
Every treatment starts with the circuit and ends with tea on the deck.
Book any treatment with a day or evening pass. Prices include the thermal circuit for the rest of the day.
Massage
Oils are unscented unless you ask. Any massage can be lighter or firmer, just say.
Deep tissue massage
Slow, firm pressure for tight shoulders, back and legs. Tell us where it hurts and we’ll stay there.
Room 2 · Cedar
Hot stone massage
Warm basalt stones, oiled and worked along the back and legs to loosen muscles before the hands go deeper.
Room 4 · Basalt
Pregnancy massage
Side-lying, with extra cushions, from the second trimester. Gentle on the lower back, hips and swollen feet.

Rituals use the wet rooms. Bring a swimsuit, or use the disposable ones we keep.
Salt scrub and thermal wrap
Sea salt and almond oil scrub, a warm rinse, then twenty minutes wrapped in heated linen.
Room 5 · Salt
Candlelight float
An evening float in the thermal pool, with a neck pillow and a therapist guiding you through slow stretches.
Thermal pool, after 19:00
Bathhouse ritual for two
Private steam, a scrub each, then a shared soak in the copper tub with tea. For couples and friends.
Room 6 · Copper
Face
Book facials before your time in the pool, not after.

Cleanse, steam, green clay mask and a long face, neck and scalp massage. Good for oily or tired skin.

Sensitive skin facial
Fragrance-free products, cool compresses, no extractions. For redness, rosacea or skin that reacts to everything.
