The stones are heated in water to about 50°C and used like a second pair of hands, gliding along the spine, shoulders and calves. Smaller stones rest in your palms and between your toes while the therapist works.
The heat does half the work, so the pressure stays medium. Most guests fall asleep somewhere around the second leg.

Tell us if you have diabetes or reduced feeling in your hands or feet, so we can keep the stones cooler.
Good to know
Not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy or with varicose veins.
