Writing a role before you hire
The best hire we have seen started with a list of everything the owner did after 9pm.
Before you write a job advert, write down everything you did last week, including the evening admin.
Circle what only you can do. The rest is the new role, and you now know exactly what good looks like.
Add what they will own at 30, 60 and 90 days, and you have a brief a good person will want.
