Water heaters
Tank, tankless or heat pump water heaters, installed the same day in most cases, with the old tank hauled away.

Everything on the work order.
- New shut-off valve and connectors
- Expansion tank if code needs it
- Permit and inspection
- Haul-away of the old tank
- 6 to 12-year tank warranty
Which one is right?
A standard tank is the lowest price. Tankless gives endless hot water for bigger families. A heat pump water heater costs more up front but cuts the running cost by around 70 percent and qualifies for rebates.
Leaking tank?
Turn off the cold supply at the top of the tank and the gas or power, then call us. We keep common sizes in stock for same-day swaps.

All services
Heating & coolingA quiet, efficient heat pump that heats and cools, sized room by room, with the rebate paperwork filed for you.
HeatingNo heat tonight, or a furnace on its last winter. We diagnose on the first visit and carry the common parts on every van.
CoolingWarm air from the vents or a unit that won't stop running. Most AC repairs are done in one visit.
Before you book.
No. The price on your work order is the price, whether we come at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday or 2 a.m. on a holiday. Emergency visits have a flat $129 call-out that's waived if you go ahead with the repair.
For most jobs we use a 15-minute video call or the photos you send. For bigger jobs the tech confirms the price on site before any work starts, and it doesn't change.
Yes: 0% for 18 months on approved credit, or plans up to 10 years. Applying takes about 60 seconds and is a soft check that won't affect your score.
Our average emergency arrival is 64 minutes across the valley, and most towns are faster. Night crews are awake and on shift, not on call from bed.
For leaks, close the main water valve. For a gas smell, leave the house and call the gas company first. For sparks or burning smells, switch off the main breaker if it's safe to reach.
Something not working? We can usually be there today.
