The challenge
Kiln’s shop, app and in-store screens had drifted into three different brands.
What we made
We audited 400 screens, then used agents to map every variant to a single set of 64 React components with tokens, documentation and visual tests.
The result
Kiln now ships new pages in hours, and every surface looks like the same brand again.
