A former industrial district turned condo neighbourhood. The best value for first-time buyers and renters who want to walk to work.
Liberty Village has more one-bed condos per block than anywhere in the city, so buyers have choice and room to negotiate. Prices eased in 2026 as new towers finished on the west side.
The brick-and-beam lofts on Hanna and Mowat are the exception: there are only a few hundred of them, and they hold their value.
